TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

The base prices include a default file size and type in the details stated HERE.
References and details of your commissions should be provided as specific as possible. Pictures or graphic references is a better way compare to textual.
Design commissions will require an addition 100% of the original price.
The commissions will take minimum 2 weeks. Deadline will be depends on the complexity, generally 1 weeks per 100$. Which mean if your commission price is <100$, it'll be 2 weeks, if it's 100$ < Your commission < 200$ it will be 3 weeks and so on. If you want me to deliver sooner, I will charge 20% of the original price for each week sooner.
If I am not comfortable with your request, I will decline it.

You only get 3 minor free revisions: once during the line sketch stage, once during the colour sketching stage and once at the colouring phase.
Additional revisions and major revisions will be charged an additional fee
Refunds are allowed to be requested if commission has not been started. No refunds otherwise.

There are two methods of payment:
- You can make full payment before I start the commission. (Preferred)
- You can first make a deposit of half the final price, and then pay the rest when the sketch is done. However with this method, if you decide to cancel your commission when the 2nd payment is required, you will not get a refund of the first half. (This method is not applicable to clean sketch commissions)

I will accept payment via Paypal. For international clients, I will accept USD. For VietNamese clients, I will accept both USD or VND through national banks.

Your commission will be processed following these steps:

STEP 1: Make sure you agreed to the terms and conditions above.
STEP 2: Fill out this form.
STEP 3: I will reply to your request via email within 72 hours for confirming and discussing (if needed). After confirming the commission details with the client, A Paypal invoice which contains commission informations will be send to your email. After confirming that the payment has been received, I will start on the commission.
STEP 4: While the commission is progressing, I will update you at least thrice, once during the sketching phase, once during the color sketching phase and the last one during the shading phase.
STEP 5: After you've satisfied with the final product, I will send you the finished product through your email using Google drive

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Do not claim, edit, reproduce my artworks.
For commercial purposes (monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, etc) the price will generally be 200%-300% of the original price depends on various factors so please discuss with me first.
Clients will own the copyright of the characters (in case they are OCs) and will be mentioned as the owner of those characters. The commissioned artworks will not be sold as prints.
I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. If you don't want your commissioned piece to be published then an additional private fee will be applied. (200% the original price)
You are allowed to repost the commission, just include credit to my social media.

Characters in fanwork pieces belong to their respective owners.
